About Catherine Brennan

Catherine Brennan of Baltimore, Maryland joined Hudson Cook, LLP in 2004 and was named partner in 2008. In this role, Catherine Brennan works on behalf of investors, Internet lenders, consumer finance companies, and other clients in matters regarding consumer and commercial credit due diligence. Her services also involve supporting banks and financial institutions in developing and maintaining national-level lending programs, with a focus on the fintech space.

Since her advancement to partner at Hudson Cook, Ms. Brennan has received several professional accolades. These include a ranking in the corporate, securities, and financing section of the Chambers FinTech’s 2020 US guide.

Ms. Brennan holds a juris doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, as well as a bachelor of arts from Fordham University. Over the course of her legal career, she has become a member of professional organizations such as the American Bar Association and the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers.

Outside of her profession, Catherine Brennan’s interests range from hiking to reading.
